Customer Service Representative
- Manage incoming customer service inquiries via phone and email
- Effectively interpret and organize high volume of paperwork
- Data entry
- Communicate with coworkers to ensure customers' need are being met
- Create formal quotations for customers requesting product pricing
- High school diploma/GED
- 1+ years of previous customer service experience
- Basic math skills
- Computer (PC) proficiency: web browsers, MS Outlook, Excel, Word
- Clear communication skills
- English language fluency
